neural foramina and spinal canal are widely patent without compromising by either disc degeneration,facet arthrosis and ligamentum flavum hypertrophy.
right facet arthrosis compromised right meural foramen. the AP spinal canal diameter is measured about 13 mm.
there is suapected articular etosions at bilateral sacroiliac joints, focally at the anterior inferior portions.
right facet arthrosis compronised rt. neural foramen.
Suspected bilateral sacroilitis. Please further MRI of sacroileac joints or work up for clinical of spondyloarthropathy.
