the study shows normal lumbar spinal alignment without spondylolithesis or kyphosis. all lumbar discs show normal bright signal T2 discs,representing good hydration.there is no endplate degenerative change or destruction. the vertebral marrow signals appear normal proportionately to patient's age. the conus medullaris terminates at T12/L1
neural foramina and spinal canal are widely patent without compromising by either disc degeneration,facet arthrosis and ligamentum flavum hypertrophy.

there is suapected articular etosions at bilateral sacroiliac joints, focally at the anterior inferior portions.
