Shuttle Service Center on November the 1st, at 18.00 pm.
Due to this problem, we have immediatly reported this problem to The Manager and The Supervisor, invited him to discuss about the recent incident, and handed him a warning letter.
The driver was reproached and he did apologize for all occurred mistakes.
