In the municipality of sriracha he forged links with the biggest real estate dealer, the menglee-chaimongkol group. He also acquired many thousands of rai of land in nang saen. As tourism began to boom in the 1980s,kamnan Bo invested in resorts, hotels and shopping complexes in bang saen, pattaya and chonburi, the bang saen Plaza and the happy world entertainment complex.from 1986, Bo carried out a major redevelopment of bang saen, resettling slums away from the beach areas, and vastly increasing its attraction as a torist centre.Bo then built built bungalows and rented them out to private individuals. These areas had originally been classified as public land and so were unavailable to private developers, but by this time Bo wes in a position to sort such minor problems. He also succeeded in persuading the tourist authority of Thailand to lease him a large hotel in bang saen for fifteen years.he became the sole magnate of the highly popular bang saen resort.
