Page64 Instructed to use soybean oil, a major source of polyunsaturates fatty acids (PUFA), and the second group were instructed to use rice bran oil , a major source of monounsaturated fatty acids(MFA) , as the source of the intake. The armthropometric parameters, energy and nutrient intake ,lipid status , and apoprotein status were assessed two times: the pre-test , at the beginning of the study or initial study was conducted before the health promotion program, and post-test , the end of the study or final study were followed uo at clinic and visited by health care providers at their homes every two weeks. Statistical methods were used to calculate percentage , mean , standard error of mean and paired or unpaired t-test. Content analysis was used for eating behavior study.
