It is worth noting that by providing a supportive framework,
this type of school based interventions may help teachers to engage more meaningfully in the inclusion of students
with even serious difficulties or disabilities (Kourkoutas & Georgiadi, 2009). As stated by Wyn and his colleagues
(2000) strengthening the school’s role in promoting mental health involves supporting teachers to feel confident of
their own areas of professional practice and assisting them to identify the specific areas where specialized
professional support from health professionals is needed
