The correlations between the total dietary fibers and AAs were
from 0.3078 to 0.3626 (Fig. 3A and B); between ascorbic acid and
AAs were from 0.6402 to 0.6734 (Fig. 3C and D) and between total
polyphenols and AAs were from 0.9792 to 0.9827 (Fig. 3E and F).
Therefore, the contribution of total dietary fibers to the AA was
minimal, of the ascorbic acid - moderate and of total polyphenols e
decisive.
