five category Likert scale was developed and used to record responses from participants. The categories used were; strongly agree, agree, disagree, strongly disagree, and no opinion/no observation. Comparison between variables was made by using a Chi-Square. Pallant (2010, p. 217) pointed out that the minimum response criterion for Chi-Square tests is that 80% of the cells have a frequency of responses of at least five. In order to reach this minimum level using relatively small sample sizes Pallant suggested collapsing like responses to increase cell frequency. I chose to combine positive (strongly agree and agree) and negative responses (strongly disagree and disagree) to achieve the needed frequency levels.
