Business Case: KAL has the process of scanning documents to the internal customer such as UW, POS, Claim and the process workloads unknown and the process need to complete scan it within 1 day
-This process has consume manpower usage and no standard manpower for resource utilization and don’t know suitable manpower resource usage
Goal & Objective:
-To make sanning process proper and sufficient client work resource with UW, POS, Claim, etc.
-To increase manpower skill level by Apr 2016 (Total number of employees 33 people)
Skill Level 4 : (12 People) From 34.28% (Oct,2015) to (15 People) 42.85%
Skill Level 3 : (11 People) From 31.42% (Oct,2015) to (13 People) 37.14%
To Improve capacity and process lead time delivery from (Dec 2015) 200 Case/hr to 300 Case/hr (APP NB)
Scope: To be implemented in submission area with suitable manpower from submission team included NB, POS, Back file & indirect admin area (Only K&O)
