history: r/o mass at sigmold colon.
result: the study shows...
circumferential enhanced thickened wall at sigmold colon, casuing luminal narrowing. the lesion is measuring about 5.5 cm. long. small pericolic nodes with mild fat stranding are seen.
no gross free fluid.
much fecal content in the rest of contrast-opacified colon with no gross mass is noted.
several small calcifications in the spieen.
unremarkable both kidneys except a2.1x1.8x2.2 cm. right upper pole renal cyst.
distended urinary bladder is unremarkable.
unremarkable both adrenal glands, gallbladder and included liver. atrophic pancreas is seen.
small lymph nodes at paraaortic and aortocaval areas, about 4-5 mm. in short axis
spondylosis of lumbar spine with narrow l2-l3 disc space.
lumbar scollosis is noted.imp: ca sigmoid colon with locoregional spread should be considered.
several small calcifications in the spleen, possibly calcified old granulomas.
a right renal cyst.
