14. To consider and approve Increasing condominium fees
Service and Maintenance-Due to increasing costs of service contracts , service fees and increasing building maintenance costs as the building and equipment is getting older and needs replacing, repair or greater maintenance.
Suggested increasing: Service& Maintenance increase to 50 Baht per sqm
Sinking Fund increase to 7 Baht per sqm
Electricity increase
15. To consider and approve budget for Building Security due to increasing incidents of trespass damage and or theft there is a need to review building security and monitoring.
Building CCTV system : covering outside parking , entrance, garage, pool area.
Main Door Entry System : Card/fob

16. To consider and approve conduit to be installed on the outside of the building
So that cables are not attached to outside of building that can damage the paint work.
17. To consider and approve complanints from owners/ tenants about repeated noise at various times in the comdomminium (This noise problem has now been going on for 15 months and no resolution has been found)
Possible legal action by the condominium against an owner if the owner or tenant rapidly makes noise and fails to stop as requested by management.
18. To consider and approve approve procedures and Penalties against owner for Late or Non-Payments of Diamond Condominium invoices.

19. To consider and approve Animal and Pets
Permission by the Manager – Allow a small pet to be kept inside the condominium.
20. To consider and approve any items without notice
