We had liable to settle cost of Haulage with Donghua as the day which customer cancel on 2/12, Donghua has been already transported empty cntrs to penang port but not yet loaded on Barge vessel. We do bear these cost as we didn’t notify Thai Rubber about these and this is internal settlement between Uniocean and Donghua
The authorize of load or unload empty cntrs should bond by SAK as owner of the Barge, Donghua has no authorize to enforce SAK to load empty cntrs due to Donghua was not SAK’s customer who pay service fee. Hence SAK should follow instruction from Thai rubber who direct cancel shipment on 2/12
However to end up this cause Uniocean would help bear your cost of THC at Krabi port + documentation THB 19,000. Addittional we have to pay WHL Detention Fee THB 66,000 and LOLO charge THB 4,500
Hope SAK shall kind consider our proposal and lead to manage empty cntrs back to Penang with yr Barge vessel ETD on 18/12
