Follow-up survey
A follow-up survey is a survey to assess environmental conditions at the stage of the construction
and operation of the project. A follow-up survey is conducted as a part of environmental protection
measures when:
1) uncertainty of the forecast is high
2) expertise about the effect of environmental protection measures is not high enough or questionable
The results of the follow-up survey are usually made to the public, including measures to address
the results of the survey.
