XPECTATIONS OF THE VOLUNTEER TEAM This is a very important event and we as the volunteer event team need to ensure that it runs efficiently and smoothly. We all need to be our ‘BEST’, outgoing, hardworking, enthusiastic…. It is our responsibility to ensure that the delegates get to their destinations hotels, venues, sessions on time and with the least amount of fuss….. We are not there to network with the delegates, or to listen to the sessions. We are there to make the event a SUCCESS for One Young World and represent Thailand in the correct manner.
