I do understand that you may not feel comfortable on this situation. We also do not feel convenience on this kind of situation but we simply have to response to our customer when they invite us for a meeting to discuss about the existing machine and new machine.
Please kindly be sure that we will not create the conflict on the price (you say price war). We do have our plan on this matter. It shall not have any problem to your standard discount to Rieckermann.
We will lead this project with our good relation to customer as well as our good aftersales service which has been satisfied on the first machine.
