• Collaborate with Legal HQ regarding Legal & Compliance Policy and to implement compliance continously.
• Dealing with government official for obtaining permission or business licenses.
• Working on Employees Relations for the good relation and corporation between the company, union and employees.
• Conduct and create minutes of Company Meeting.
• Control company regulations, employment conditions to comply with laws.
• Other assignments as assigned by superior.
