Same as Nattawat said customer got very angry for this issues. They need your letter to explain because They must to report all problem to their Japanese Manager as soon as possible. Customer said maybe they will charge penalty for late delivery because They shut down a product line for us 5 days. We can not finish installation on our schedule . They will loss 100 refrigerators per day. It mean they loss 200,000 THB per days.
If you can not delivery your product on your schedule . Please let us know as soon as possible , It is not same as this before installation 1 or 2 days.
