If you follow the news, you will find that there are many presentation crisis of the power shortage- a global concern. According to the article of The Energy Policy and Planning Office (1999), the world's energy consumption survey in 1997 found that 95% of the available energy from fossil fuels, including oil, natural gas and coal, is damaging to the environment on a large scale. Alternative energy, a new choose technologies, is energy generated from natural resources (i.e. solar, wind, geothermal, biomass, hydropower and ocean energy). At present, Thailand start using renewable energy, which is a new option to produce electricity to reduce the importation of fuels from other countries and also to help reducing global warming.
