For Central world, all staff had received Sephora attitude training at the beginning of January, Although some of them ,store manager and 3 Bas, have joined after Induction period but I already do instore coaching to help them have basic of sephora service and attitude.
If we look at MS result , this store got 83.1% which is not bad. So in my opinion I think I will create coaching schedule for Central world staff and assign both SMT and the girl who met mystery shopper this month to coach team. Then by the end of this month after I finished EMQ induction, I will in store to test them again and will let you and Chun know the outcome.
