richness of communication channels influences project outcomes.
Ling et al. (2009) analyze 33 construction capital projects
in China and concludes, using Pearson's correlation analysis, that
24 project-management practices (such as effective communication
and high customer satisfaction) are significantly correlated
with project performance in the overall project life cycle.
