Scientists made food pyramid to help you choose healthy Food. You need a lot of food at the bottom of the pyramid and only a little of food at the t op. You need to eat a lot of rice or bread everyday. Fruits and vegetable, like bananas, oranges, cabbages and others are very important too. You need some protein, like pork, milk, fish, cheese and eggs to help you grow. There is a lot of fat and sugar in the food at the top of pyramid. You don’t need much fat and sugar, so try to eat less of these food. Before you eat, don’t forget to use food pyramid and you will stay healthy
