This survey research was conducted to study the exercise behaviors of undergraduate students in Institutes of Physical Education, in south campus regions. To compare and study the relationship between knowledge concerning exercise, perceived benefits, Perceived barriers, perceived health status, self-efficacy, social support and information support, with exercise behavior. The samples were 400 undergraduate students of Institutes of Physical Education obtained by accidental sampling. Questionnaires were used to collect data. Percentage, Standard deviation, t-test, F-test and Pearson product moment correlation coefficient for data analysis.
