To identify and recommend business improvement initiatives within the Business System Analyst Manager
• To provide a high quality and efficient service to key users to allow them to work productively at all times
• To assist in the writing of functional and technical specifications and system changes and enhancements
• To review all business requirements, functional specifications and procedures to ensure that all related system work properly and effectively
• To perform Pre-UAT and Co-ordinate with users to perform UAT of all system enhancements, including potentially assisting with writing user test scripts
• To provide training for all related system to user and IT Application support
• To ensure the delivery of required business functionality for the company’s Applications Systems. This includes liaison directly with business and regional colleagues as well as external suppliers, keeping up-to-date with business plans and objectives, managing the development and implementation of applications changes, and managing process owners’ and users’ expectations.
• To analyze and prepare complex cross-functional business requirements.
• To review existing Applications Systems and to identify leverage points for each process.
