We refer to the previous discussions with yourself, Kobayashi san, Nakamura san, K. Manchai and Owi on the end user’s comment for the Car PDI to be built at Land B.
Initially we have followed the design based on the current Car PDI at Land A, but we were requested to revise the floor layout & area by the end user (refer attached architectural drawings) due to the following:
1) Increase of capacity
2) More efficient Car PDI process flow in the new layout
There is a request for the new Car PDI at Land B to be completed by end April 2016 and we will be putting up the cost for budget approval before we commence the construction. As the floor area has increased by double i.e. current Car PDI at Land A @ 972m2 to revised Car PDI at Land B as per end user’s requirement @ 1,925m2, there will be significant increase in the construction cost and we will need to justify this cost.
Would appreciate if you could request the Car PDI team to submit the PDI calculation table i.e. what is the max capacity per shift the current Car PDI (Land A) and new Car PDI (Land B) can produce per day/per month/per year, to be submitted together with our budget approval proposal.
We look forward to receive the information by this week as the construction needs to commence in October 2015.
