Effect of abscisic acid (ABA, 100 μM) and gibberellic acid (GA3, 100 μM) on the expression of CsZfp in apical bud and the associated two leaves (two and a bud, TAB) harvested during the period of active growth (PAG) and winter dormancy (WD) and placed at two temperatures (growth temperature; GT, 25 ± 3 °C and low temperature; LT, 4 ± 2 °C). Various experiments are shown in panels a to d. Each experiment was carried out over a period of 48 h and the analysis was performed at different time points. Stem cuttings kept in deionized water at the two temperatures served as the control. Transcriptional change values are shown in Supplementary Table 1b.
