Please understand that we cannot retrieve or amend customs clearance. To make do correctly, you must always declare invoice for each shipment to effect the actual in the shipment. DO NOT use the total information with the same invoice number for partial shipments.
Summarize for this issue, as Bosch partial ship our order for 4 items into 3 shipments;
- The first shipment was cleared from Thai customs without any problem, but we have found that there are only 3 items while the invoice attached to the parcel said 4 items. This means we over paid import duty for this shipment.
- The second shipment was sent with AWB number 4619490223 with invoice which was declared a full set of item 4. But the actual there is a part of item 4 in this shipment. Unfortunately, DHL made a mistake by switch our parcel with others. So we have to return the cargo back to Bosch. Now the parcel is still sitting at Bosch.
Action needed: Bosch to re-send that parcel to us with the old invoice that you declare for AWB number 4619490223. We are not going to re-clear this shipment, but will refer to the previous customs declaration. So we need the original invoice for this parcel. This means we paid duplicate import duty with the first shipment. We need to know AWB number for the re-send as soon as possible for DHL to track the shipment.
- The last shipment was sent with AWB number 4619861271 with invoice that was declared the full set of item 4.
Action needed: To avoid more duplicate import duty payment, Bosch must re-issue new invoice to declare ONLY parts in this shipment for us.
**This is urgent as it is pending for month**
