1.Employee still don’t know the root of “performance problem” therefore make employee cannot setting expectation of work when company change policy of work.
2. Individual expectation was change when employee have to change work method , It will affect to individual motivate of work such as agreement of team sometime it make employee feel not autonomy of create.
