Acting as a partner and advisor to business and operations staff.
- Aiming to improve the business by identifying measures to increase profitability.
- Reducing costs and increasing margins / contributions.
- Preparing financial statements and monthly financial performance reports.
- Being responsible for all finance and accounting functions.
- Predicting and advising on the company’s profitability.
- Coordinating with external auditors and government agencies in order to ensure compliance in all areas.
- Preparing monthly, quarterly and yearly financial and management reports.
- Preparing the annual budget.
- Performing inter-company reconciliation.
- Being responsible for cash flow management and liaising with bankers.
- Reviewing balance sheets and analysing P&L.
