Ricoh just called me and informed that the offer of 93,000 baht stands till the end of the week only (I hope she meant next week).
Canon also called and said they can cut the price down to 85,000 baht.
These prices are exclusive of VAT.
Could you please send out details, including how much it would cost to break the current rental contract, to get approval from all committee members?
I am sure all committee members would understand the urgency if you just point out that the lawyer had to wait a week for a soft file of a document because the scanner of the rental machine didn’t function.
Besides striving for a better copy service, the point of this is also to save the property’s budget. I heard from QPM that Royce is paying 0.50 baht per copy right now. If that’s the case changing to Ricoh or Canon would be so much cheaper as they charge 0.30 per page. It could even be cheaper if we buy cartridges and paper ourselves.
If I may, I would like to suggest putting together buying options only, not leasing.
Providers want us to take the leasing option because they make more money that way.
Thank you and have a great afternoon kha.
Best regards,
