Participants predominantly identified as being of Oceanic ethnicity (69.5%), 14.6% as Asian, 6.1% European, and 2.4% American, 69.5% were from middle to high income families (annual income of $80,000 or greater) and 90.2% of children were from two-parent homes. Mothers were aged between 24 and 47 years (M1⁄436.59 years, SD1⁄44.63) and fathers between 24 and 61 years (M1⁄439.01 years, SD1⁄45.18).
