Provide customer service by giving response to the inquiries of the customers
Receive inquiry calls from customers.
Review customers’ complaints and search for possible solutions.
Give information to the customers regarding their concerns.
Generate reports and respond to inquiries regarding call centre service analytical.
Maintain communication equipment by reporting problems.
Maintain and improves quality results by adhering to standards and guidelines; recommending improved procedures.
Update job knowledge by studying new product descriptions; participating in education opportunities.
Accomplishes sales and company mission by completing related results as needed.
Contribute to a team effort and accomplish related results as required.

Age 25-35 years old
Diploma or Bachelor Degree in any fields
Knowledge of clerical and administrative procedure, CRM, product and services
Service consciousness, tolerance for stress and attention to details
Skill of giving and receiving feedback, problem solving and decision making and customer service
English literacy and proficient in relevant computer application e.g. MS Office
