Yesterday was not a good day which unfortunately has been my experience most days dealing with Lenovo for the past 6 months.
Lets see if we can actually get this right today?
If the machine is the same specifications. If the machine has a full 12 month warranty from the date of delivery? If the machine can be delivered this weekend? If the machine can be provided with Win 7 and MS package 2010 loaded? (Please note I had this placed on the old machine at my own expense) and copies will do. Then perhaps we can get to some level of customer satisfaction.
