Positives:
- the red curry was flavorful and packed with vegetables
- chili sauce/chili powder readily on hand
- prices were reasonable (we came for dinner).
- I would get the spring rolls again. They were above average, packed with vegetables. The Tom yum was about average.
Opportunity areas:
- Pad Thai: the pad Thai came out colorless and contained no vegetables. I have never seen Pad Thai look like that before. Being a Thai restaurant, I was hoping they would get this part down.
- service: there was only one other table at the restaurant. I had to get up three times to make a different request. But they were really good about getting us the bill quickly.
The place is in a hotel...and ambiance-wise could use an upgrade. Siam wouldn't be my first option for Thai, but good enough to satiate the craving
