Just over a year ago, we asked for your feedback in the Siemens Global Engagement Survey (SGES). We wanted to know how you were doing at Siemens, what was going well and what we could improve when working together. This was just a few months after we started implementing our Vision 2020 in a move to foster significant change at our company.
About 260,000 of you took part in the survey, and one major outcome was that 92 percent of all respondents would go the extra mile for Siemens. That’s a very strong message. However, you also indicated there’s still a lot to be done. For example, we’ve got to simplify our internal processes even further and continue to reduce complexity at our company. Many of you’d also like an Ownership Culture of fairness and openness – a culture in which everybody can openly express his or her opinions, provide constructive feedback and contribute new ideas across all levels of the organization.
