And thank you for the quick action taken for this issue and I am glad to know that our temporary treatment
has been completed.
This backup job failure is not like the cases that we faced in the past and we need to figure out the route cause and solve the problem.
As far as I see the situation, as long as we find solution, back up job may fail again.
It may be tough to find out the cause, but please think of any possibility and try to find out appropriate solution for this case.
Please cooperate with FUJITSU as they recommended to change Symentec Licence and also with WHIZ BIZ (any effect from power shoot?)
I believe technic and knowledge of Infra Team can surely solve this issue.
