Understand from my office that 6 bags of garnet have been damaged (packaging only) during delivery.
Will you kindly accept the 6 bags. We will re-pack the garnet into plain poly bags with plastic liner before re-sending them back to you.
Also understand from our delivery man that your store requires us to count the number of bags in the bulk bag before signing the delivery note.
The mesh 80 garnet is being imported specially for you. Can we work out a way to speed up the receiving process?
