Provide secretariat support to team and office
Provide support for event and business trip
Prepare and manage correspondence, reports and documents as required
Response to team/department inquiries via mail, phone, email including communication with internal and external customers
Manage conference calls and scheduling for required meetings
Attend meetings, taking minutes and keeping notes if any
Coordinate with IT to ensure office automation, equipment are ready for users
Ordering and managing stock of stationery/office supplies without short of stock
Supervise with housekeeping service provider to ensure professional looks and hygiene

Good computer skills and knowledge of relevant software

Education and/or Experience:
Bachelor in Secretary
