Root cause :
CM did not contract review : as this is the old job not new at all. CM already discussed with PJ for get everything process from CT and PJ remarked it on WO for specification color - very clear.
Note that a contract review does not mean we need to call every section. Also read the official ISO procedure which is in CM section. It states this as well. Contract review does not mean only new jobs, and does not mean a big meeting.
Every job has some kind of review, even if it is just CM going to see PJ, his putting the date on the order is also a review, as CM already fulfilled the Contract review's requirement.
Delay color paint from supplier :
PJ order issue PR for due on Nov 10, 2014 - of course color had been delayed to Nov 24, 2014
- BUT paint line for this order start on Nov 6, 2014 earlier than Color paint incoming schedule ? why ?
- if delay paint why pick any color in stock for painting, anyone check on WO ?
Racks had been ready for pick up on the day that paint color came to CE.
Did any one contact PUR for reason of the delay? any record for checking and answer from PUR ?
Did production have a meeting with CM for delay production because of the delay painting ?
Why don't have color reference ? because use a common sense to work not WO ?
Did QA had been checked on color spec before and after paint ?
Why not use the paint as note in WO ?
Any process for color check from QA ?
