Watchmakers working in an authorized Patek Philippe Point of Sale.
Training objectives
Acquire the theoretical and technical knowledge to be able to perform all sales support operations, as
well as battery replacements and diagnostics of quartz and mechanical watches.
Conditions of participation
Note: This training has to be validated during the Budget Meetings.
Otherwise, an analysis will be realized in order to define the necessity of this training.

Organization
of training
- Number of trainees per course : 2 minimum ; 4 maximum
- Course organized at PPSA or Locally
Prerequisites - Be a watchmaker
- Have followed a watchmaking training course
- Have a minimum of 2 years watchmaking experience
Minimum annual
sales
- To be entitled to participate in a Quick Service training course, we require that the concerned
Points of Sale sells at least 50 Patek Philippe watches per year.
All training will be confirmed only after the validation of the Homologation process by Patek
Philippe SA.
Authorized
interventions
All the “basic” sales support and battery replacement operations for Level 2 Patek Philippe watches
“in collection” and “out of collection”.
Training content - Diagnostic (aesthetical, functional and electronic controls of the movement), Battery replacement,
replacing of case back gasket, water resistance “in collection” and “out of collection”
- Basic diagnostic Basic controls of mechanical watches (aesthetical, functional and time running
check using Witschi machine) “in collection” and “out of collection”
- Bracelets: lengthening and shortening, adhering of screws, cleaning, etc.
- Time setting and adjustment of the calendar on complicated watches (collection)
- Customer Service knowledge
- Knowledge of the (current) collection
- Visit of the Manufacture and the Patek Philippe Museum (only for the training organized in Geneva)
