The test consisted of a warm-up where the subject performed three sub maximal flexion and extension movements in each knee and one maximum movement in order to become familiar with a given load, as well as the core part that involved measuring to rqueat preset angular velocities, respectively, 60◦/s and 180◦/s.At an angular velocity of 60◦/s, the respondent performed five repetitions, whereas at an angular velocity of 180◦/s, 20 repetitions were performed consisting of alternating extension and flexion of the limb at the knee joint. It was imperative for participants to exert maximum muscle force in the shortest possible time for each movement. There was a 60-s break between subsequent at tempts.During the test, muscle function parameters were recorded:peak torque (PTQ), total work (TW), and estimated average power (AVGP) at angular velocities of 60◦/s and 180◦/s. The agonist/antagonist ratio (%) was also examined
