This case have been delivery this Sat (Aim's customer)
Our delivery guys delivery this sofa to customer house and there is an issue that the hands our delivery guys sweat and make a wet mark on customer sofa.
(should be dry out now)
She doesn't want this pieces anymore and also she doesn't want the show pieces at the showroom. (sofa still at customer's house)
She wants us to order this sofa for her the new one from the factory and between she has to wait 3-4 months she need us to send her sofa to use while she is waiting.
Please advise us what to do with this case?
