After graduated, I started work at Siam Commercial Bank and worked there more then 8 years. I passed many training course that an advantage for service job, how to management customer temper to make them satisfied. From my experience I can know how to service many kind of customer, that including how to negotiation. I would like to challenge and get more salary, so I resigned and apply to work at Pioneer Electronics Thailand, that I have more responsibility. In the old working place I had to work by KPI, but in Pioneer I have to work with MBO. Job in my hands is handling thai and foreigner customer via telephone, e-mail and walk in, run repairing process, since start from the end. Solve a problem from both of department and client, under the company policy.
