Combined with our previous comparative proteomics analysis on seedling leaves, the similarities and differences between
the salt-responsive metabolic pathway sand cellular processes
in the seedling leave sand roots of both the genotypes were
discussed. And the basis of metabolic pathway sand cellular
processes for why genotype Lee 68 is more salt-tolerant than
genotype Jackson was also proposed. Such a result will allow
us to fur the runder stand and describe the possible management strategy of cellular activities occurring in salt-stressed soybean seedling.
