Increasing the liquid–solid ratio also results in a higher rutin
yields (Fig. 5k). The main effect of the liquid–solid ratio is to modify
the solubility and equilibrium constants [33]. Thus the yields
are greater when a higher liquid–solid ratio is used. However, no
significant difference (p > 0.05) in the nB is observed when the
ethanol concentration increased from 30% to 70% v/v.
