Job Duties
1. Warm welcome by greeting guests with reservation by name, smiling and speaking at the same time.
2. Declare booking, if there any change or update, pass on the updates info to the team quickly.
3. In case walk-in or short notice booking, offer an aperitif at the terrace while table is set.
4. Invite guest to aperitif terrace or where they prefer, while directing to the table give them a small talk.
5. Observe to find guest information such as birthday to pass on to the service to provide guest an impression and record details in guest’s profile.
6. Manage tables accordingly to number of booking, walk-in and leaving guest. Knowing which tables are occupied or vacant.
7. Present at the front of the house at all times, keep an eye on guests on the terrace and guest who arrives at the parking.
8. Farewell guests with warm smile and thankful, give them welcome back words.
9. Find chance to introduce yourself to the guest and ask guests names.
10. Record booking in reservation form completely
11. Answer phone call and email, explaining menus and concept, offering inquiries, finding best solution for guests requesting, up selling as appropriate.
Record and report to manager.
12. Update guest’s profile and data such as special occasion, preference, number of visit, etc.
13. Report daily basis guest information and important future booking to manager
14. Attend meeting and speak out ideas and opinions for solving problems or development
15. Take are of hostess area, keeping lean and tiny
16. Complete extra tasks which will be assigning by manager or director
17. Well grooming maintains hair style, make up and uniform well present at all time.
