• Assist in recruitment and selection of staff
• Assist in administering employee benefits in a responsive and efficient manner.
• Provide feedback on HR policies, systems and procedures with a view to streamline processes, enhance productivity and responsiveness.
• Plan and co-ordinate performance appraisal process under the guidance of the Officer / Executive.
• Co-ordinate and provide support in arrangement of staff training and development programmes to meet identified needs and satisfy the company's requirements for a multi-skilled serviced oriented and productive workforce.
• Process payroll for all non- executive staff in an accurate and timely manner.
• Assist with preparation of the monthly management and statistical reports for manpower analysis critical in pre-empting and redressing unhealthy trends.
• Execute and co-ordinate staff welfare programmes that will instil a sense of belonging amongst staff towards the Company.
