manual instruction and transmits the formed running
parameters to sub-area (decentral ) control system, and then
sub-area control system carries setting through input, defines
speed curve of train, controls state of traction subsystem
corresponds to, and determines train to run or stop. Its
function induces drive sequence control, route protection,
switch protection, train protection, speed curve monitoring
(ground parts), and traction cutting off. Sub-area control
system contact with the vehicle control system on the train
by radio in order to position train and monitor speed curve of
train.
