The primary carbon and nitrogen source and their valued concentrations are powerful factors that potentially regulate the synthesis of enzymes by fungi under suitable fermentation conditions (Iqbal et al., 2011 and Mikiashvili et al., 2005). Different fungal culture show different growth behavior and enzyme secretion patterns with additional carbon supplements. Some grow better under carbon and nitrogen limited environments but others grow better in culture media contained an adequate amount of carbon and nitrogen supplements.
