The analyses of variance for Mn contents showed similar high significance (p < 0.05) in leafy vegetables as in iron, whereas in the legumes, especially kidney beans and haricot, there were noticeable significance (p < 0.05) although they have lower Mn contents than leafy vegetables. However, there was no significant variation (p > 0.05) in the Mn levels in the root and stem vegetables. On the other hand, there were significant variation (p < 0.05) between Mn content in collected vegetables from middle and southern districts and other districts in Saudi Kingdom. The obtained results declared that the amounts of Mn in the leafy vegetables were higher as compared to those in the other investigated vegetables especially in middle and southern districts respectively. The reasonable explanation is mainly attributed to Riydah and Damam cities which are heavily traffic and they include the major industries and factories in Saudi Kingdom leading to enforced heavy metals accumulation in the vegetables.
