There is a continuous increase in blood pressure for the control animals over the treatment; the δP for MAP, SBP and DBP was +10 mmHg (Fig. 2A). The δP for MAP, SBP was significantly reduced to about −3 mmHg at day 3 but didn’t have any effect on DBP for 100 mg/kg BW group (Fig. 2B). However, the δP for MAP, SBP and DBP was significantly reduced around −20 mmHg, for the 1000 mg/kg of BW group starting from day 1 to day 3 (Fig. 2C).
