Electron pair geometry: give the electron pair geometry, remember to include the position of lone pair electrons.
Molecular geometry: In case that you have lone pair electron in the structure, the molecular geometry will be different than the electron pair geometry. Only the position of atoms is used to identify the molecular geometry.
Polarity: For neutral molecule, identify if it is polar or non polar by checking the net dipole moment of the molecule. Molecules with a net dipole moment are polar. (Revise about this in Chapter 4 of General Chemistry I book)
